Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions explain the rules, responsibilities, and guidelines for using HostLaza’s website and services. By accessing or purchasing any service from HostLaza, you agree to follow these terms. We encourage you to read this page carefully so you clearly understand your rights, our policies, and how our services are provided.

These Terms & Conditions are a legal agreement between HostLaza (“HostLaza”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and you (“customer”, “you”). This page explains the rules, responsibilities, and conditions that apply when you use any service offered by HostLaza through https://www.hostlaza.com.

By creating an account, placing an order, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, DMCA Policy, Acceptable Use / Fair Use Policy, and Unlimited Hosting Policy, which together form part of this agreement.

If any of these policies or terms are violated, HostLaza reserves the right to suspend or terminate the related service.

General Terms

We cannot guarantee that a domain name will be available until the registration process is fully completed and confirmed by the domain registry.

When you register a domain through HostLaza, you agree to follow the rules set by domain authorities and registries. Any dispute related to domain ownership, trademarks, or usage must be resolved directly between you and the other party. HostLaza will not be involved in such disputes.

All services are activated only after full payment is received. If a payment is delayed, reversed, or not completed, we may suspend or stop the related service.

If you do not follow these Terms, or if you fail to fix a violation after being notified, HostLaza reserves the right to suspend or terminate your service. In such cases, your website data may be blocked or deleted. HostLaza is not responsible for any loss or damage to your business caused by the use or inability to use our services.

Account Eligibility

By signing up for HostLaza services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old

  • You are legally allowed to enter into this agreement

  • If you create an account for another person or business, you have permission to do so

Each customer is allowed to maintain only one account. If multiple accounts are found, we may suspend or close them without prior notice.

You must provide correct and up-to-date information during signup. The email address you provide will be used for all official communication. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

Website Migration

Website migration assistance is provided as a courtesy service. While we try our best to help, we do not guarantee migration availability, completion time, or success.

At present, we support cPanel-to-cPanel migrations only. Other control panels or custom environments are not supported. HostLaza is not responsible for any data loss, compatibility issues, or downtime during migration. You should always take a full backup of your website before requesting a migration.

User Content

You may upload and manage content such as text, images, videos, databases, and files through your hosting account. You are fully responsible for all content hosted under your account, including content uploaded by visitors to your website.

HostLaza does not actively monitor user content and is not responsible for it. If any content violates applicable laws, copyrights, or our policies, we may remove it or suspend the related service without prior notice or refund.

Account Security & System Monitoring

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. This includes properly securing all scripts, software, and applications installed under your account and using correct file permissions, regardless of how the software was installed.

You are also responsible for all actions performed using your account credentials. If someone gains access to your account due to weak passwords, shared credentials, or negligence, HostLaza will not be held responsible.

To protect our servers and customers, HostLaza may monitor its systems from time to time. This monitoring helps us detect unauthorized access, spam activity, malware, or other forms of abuse. By using our services, you agree to this monitoring.

If we detect activities such as hacking attempts, denial-of-service attacks, password guessing, spam sending, or misuse of resources, the affected account may be suspended immediately.

Cancellation of Services

Customer Cancellation

If you wish to cancel a service, you must submit a cancellation request through your Client Dashboard or contact our Billing Department.

  • For Shared Hosting, Unlimited Hosting, and Reseller Hosting, all website files, databases, emails, and related data are deleted immediately after cancellation and cannot be recovered.

  • For VPS or Dedicated Server services (if offered in the future), data may be retained for up to 24 hours after cancellation, after which it is permanently deleted. VPS and Dedicated Server services are non-refundable.

HostLaza is not responsible for any data loss after cancellation. You are strongly advised to back up all important data before submitting a cancellation request.

HostLaza Cancellation

HostLaza reserves the right to suspend or terminate any service if:

  • These Terms or related policies are violated

  • Payments are not made on time

  • Illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activity is detected

  • Services are misused or harm server stability

Where possible, reasonable notice may be given so you can back up your data. Refund eligibility, if any, is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Billing & Payments

All services are billed in advance. Invoices are generated before the due date and must be paid on time to avoid service disruption.

If an invoice remains unpaid for more than 10 days after the due date, a 20% late fee may be applied. Continued non-payment may result in service suspension or termination.

Fraudulent payments or misuse of payment methods may lead to immediate service cancellation. If you have a billing issue, please contact our support team before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.

Refund Terms

Domain Registration & Management

HostLaza offers refunds only on eligible hosting services and under specific conditions. Please note:

  • Domain registration and domain transfer are non-refundable

  • All digital files and downloadable products are non-refundable

Hosting services may be eligible for a refund only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The service was purchased without using any promo or discount code

  • The refund request is made within 7 days of purchase

  • Our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 24 working hours

All refund requests are manually reviewed and, if approved, are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Domain prices may change without notice, and premium domains are excluded from standard pricing. Once a domain is registered or transferred, it is locked for 60 days as per registry rules.

Domains are non-refundable after registration or transfer. If a domain expires, additional redemption or restoration fees may apply. HostLaza is not responsible for domain loss caused by late renewal or incorrect customer information.

Prohibited Use

You may not use HostLaza services for illegal activities, copyright infringement, child exploitation content, hacking attempts, network abuse, or sending bulk or spam emails. Any such activity may result in immediate suspension or termination.

Prohibited Materials

For the safety and stability of our servers, the following types of content, software, scripts, and websites are not allowed on HostLaza servers at any time.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • IRC scripts, IRC bots, or IRC server software

  • Proxy services, anonymizers, or traffic-masking tools (including Shadowsocks)

  • Image hosting platforms designed mainly for third-party image storage (similar to Photobucket or Tinypic)

  • Autosurf, PTC, PTS, PPC, or traffic-exchange websites

  • IP scanners, port scanners, or network probing tools

  • Brute-force tools, password-cracking scripts, or hacking applications

  • Mail bombers, spam scripts, or mass-mailing tools without permission

  • Commercial banner ad rotation services

  • File-dump, file-sharing, or mirror scripts similar to Rapidshare

  • Commercial audio or video streaming services that use excessive server resources

  • Escrow services or financial debenture platforms without legal authorization

  • High-yield investment programs (HYIP) or related schemes

  • Investment or trading platforms related to FOREX, Ponzi schemes, MLM, pyramid schemes, or similar models

  • Sale or distribution of controlled or illegal substances without valid legal permits

  • Lottery, betting, or gambling websites where prohibited by law

  • Hacker-focused forums, archives, or tutorial websites

  • Websites promoting illegal activities or services

  • Forums or websites that distribute or link to pirated, cracked, or illegal content

  • Fraudulent or scam websites, including known scam-listed platforms

  • Push-button email scripts without prior approval

  • Live broadcasting or streaming of copyrighted sporting events (such as UFC, FIFA, NBA, WWE, etc.)

  • “Tell-a-Friend” spam scripts

  • Anonymous or bulk SMS gateway services

  • Cryptocurrency mining software or virtual currency miners

  • Payday loan websites or related affiliate programs

Any account found hosting such material may be suspended or terminated immediately.

CPU, Bandwidth & Disk Usage

All hosting services provided by HostLaza are subject to reasonable and fair use of server resources. Our hosting plans are designed for normal website operations, including website files, databases, and regular email usage related to active websites.

Hosting space should not be used as a file storage system, backup repository, or for storing large amounts of unrelated data that is not part of a live website.

To maintain a stable and reliable environment for all customers, HostLaza continuously monitors resource usage such as CPU, memory, disk space, and bandwidth. If an account is found consuming excessive resources in a way that negatively affects server performance or other users, we may take necessary action.

Such actions may include temporary limitations, requesting optimization, or recommending a suitable plan upgrade. In extreme or repeated cases of misuse, services may be suspended to protect overall server stability.

Email Usage

Email services provided with hosting plans are intended for normal communication. We do not guarantee email delivery, especially on shared servers. Bulk or marketing emails may be restricted to protect server reputation.

Backups, Uptime & Liability

Backups, if available, are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.

While we aim to provide reliable uptime, uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. HostLaza is not liable for data loss, downtime, or business interruption.
