Any misuse of services that impacts server stability, network performance, or violates applicable laws may result in suspension or termination.

You are not allowed to:
Send bulk or mass emails without recipient consent
Run email marketing campaigns from shared or reseller hosting
Use mail-bombing or spam-related scripts
If email abuse is detected, HostLaza may block email sending or suspend the hosting account to protect server reputation.

Network Usage Restrictions
HostLaza hosting services are designed for normal website traffic and regular online activity. To maintain network stability and fair usage for all customers, certain restrictions apply to network and bandwidth usage.
Running proxy services, VPNs, or tunneling applications is permitted only within reasonable limits. For such usage, total data transfer must not exceed 10 TB per month. If this limit is crossed, HostLaza may reduce network speed, apply additional charges, or temporarily suspend the service until usage returns to acceptable levels.
Hosting video or audio streaming platforms, including live or on-demand streaming services, is not allowed on shared or reseller hosting environments, as these services consume excessive bandwidth.
Using HostLaza servers to operate speed-test tools, bandwidth testing services, or similar network-intensive applications is also prohibited, as this can negatively affect overall network performance.
Resource Usage (Overview)
All hosting accounts must use server resources responsibly. Hosting space and resources are intended for active website files, databases, and normal website-related operations only. Using hosting services for storage, backups, or non-website purposes is not allowed.
If an account is found consuming excessive CPU, memory, disk, or bandwidth in a way that impacts other users, HostLaza may take corrective action such as limiting resources, requesting optimization, or recommending a plan upgrade.
Account Security Responsibility
You are responsible for securing your account, including scripts, applications, and login credentials. HostLaza is not responsible for issues caused by weak passwords, compromised accounts, or insecure software installed by the customer.
Monitoring & Enforcement
To protect our infrastructure, HostLaza may monitor server and network activity to detect abuse, misuse, or security threats. This monitoring is done strictly for operational and security purposes.
If a violation of this Acceptable Use Policy is found, HostLaza may take action including warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of services. Serious violations may result in immediate termination without refund.
Policy Updates
HostLaza reserves the right to update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of services after changes means acceptance of the updated policy.
