It helps you understand which services are eligible for refunds, applicable timeframes, and situations where refunds are not available. By placing an order with HostLaza, you agree to the terms mentioned in this Refund Policy.
Services Eligible for Refund
Refunds are applicable only on hosting services, and even then, only under specific conditions.
The following hosting services may be eligible for a refund:
Shared Hosting
Unlimited Hosting
cPanel Reseller Hosting
Master Reseller Hosting
Alpha Reseller Hosting
Refund eligibility is subject to the conditions explained below.
Services NOT Eligible for Refund
The following services are strictly non-refundable:
Domain registration
Domain transfer
Any digital or downloadable products (such as WHMCS files or other files)
Any hosting service purchased using a promo code or discount code
Once these services are purchased, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
7-Day Refund Policy (Hosting Only)
Hosting services are covered under a 7-day refund window, but only if all conditions below are met:
The hosting service was purchased without using any promo or discount code
The refund request is made within 7 days of the initial purchase date
A genuine issue is reported, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 24 working hours
If any one of the above conditions is not met, the refund request will not be approved.
Refund Approval Process
All refund requests are manually reviewed by our billing and support team. Refund approval is not automatic and depends on whether the request meets our refund conditions.
HostLaza reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request based on policy compliance, service usage, and issue verification.
Refund Method & Processing Time
If a refund is approved:
The refund will be issued to the original payment method only
Refund processing time is typically 5 to 7 working days
Payment gateway or transaction fees, if any, may not be refundable
Renewals & Late Payments
Renewals are non-refundable under all circumstances
If a client does not renew a hosting service on time, a late fee of 20% may be applied after 7 days from the due date
Hosting data will be retained on our servers for up to 30 days after service expiry
After 30 days, all data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered
Refund Exclusions
Refunds will not be provided in cases including, but not limited to:
Violation of our Terms & Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy
Abuse, illegal activities, or misuse of services
Account suspension or termination due to policy violations
Customer-side issues such as misconfiguration or lack of technical knowledge
Change of mind or no longer needing the service
Important Notes
Refunds are applicable only on the first-time purchase of a hosting service made from an account. Any renewal, re-purchase, or additional order placed from the same account is not eligible for a refund.
Free domains (if included with a hosting plan) are non-refundable
Any domain cost associated with a hosting plan will be deducted from the refund amount
